Nolensville Real Estate

A historic, quaint community sprawling with beautiful new construction and friendly folks.

Nolensville is a quaint suburb located just south of Nashville. The town is named after William Nolen, who settled the town in the late 1700’s. This area is rich in Civil War and Native American history, like much of Tennessee. What really brings new residents to this charming neighborhood is the relatively low cost of living compared to the rest of Williamson County. Nolensville has experienced tremendous growth over the last several years.
