Nashville has been booming over the past several years, and consequently so have many industries. Real Estate is no acceptation. Houses have been selling like hot cakes because of all of the new job opportunities. Although there are many opportunities in Nashville, businesses are having to make some pretty offers to convince people and families to come to Nashville. The cost of living has risen over the past few years and it looks like it will continue to rise. Who knows, maybe in the near future you’ll be getting a raise to accommodate for the living costs of our new “Cool, not cheap” Nashville.
