Donelson Real Estate

One of Nashville's oldest communities growing fast in popularity.

Donelson real estate is located in a charming suburb located about six miles east of downtown Nashville. The town is named after one of its co-founders, John Donelson, who was also the father-in-law of President Andrew Jackson. Real estate development in Donelson dates back to the early 1930’s and the area continues to grow. Detached ranch-style homes with old, red brick are common and many have been completely renovated with modern appliances and fixtures.
